Orders and Shipping
All orders are dispatched from Mainland Spain using Tracked Delivery Services
We endeavor to ship within 24 hours of receipt of order (Monday to Friday), however, on occasions this may not be possible. On such occasions we will send your order at the earliest available opportunity.
Delivery Times vary according to the destination with estimated times as follows:
Spain Mainland: 2-3 Working Days
European Mainland: 5-7 Working Days
Rest Of The World: 7-10 Working Days
You are able to choose a separate shipping address to the registered card billing address in the checkout process.
For security reasons, this service is discretionary, and we reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or verify details before shipping to a different address.
If you have made a mistake with your delivery details please contact us immediately and we can try to amend them before the order is shipped.
Once your order has been prepared and ready for dispatch, you will receive an e-mail with the courier company´s details and tracking information. You can use this to track the progress of your order via the Courier Company´s website.
Value Added Tax is charged on all orders placed with a Delivery Address within the European Union at the destination´s country Rate of VAT eg Spain +21%; France +20% etc.
We deliver to all countries worldwide. If for what ever reason you encounter problems with your Delivery Address during check out, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue
For some international deliveries customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Our online policy is based on offering you maximum quality products and efficient shipping. However, occasionally errors do happen during the time from preparation of your order to its delivery. Please see our Returns Policy Page for more detailed information.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please tell us as quickly as possible. If your order is still waiting for collection, we should be able to process your request.
